Getting started

Follow the full setup guide to connect Drive, choose your assistant, install the Branch skill and publish your first app. It also explains opening a folder, updating an app and sharing it with friends.

You can try the built-in local demo before connecting Google. Your assistant account and plan are separate; connected apps and shared saves need an internet connection.

My app folder is missing

Check which Google account you connected and whether it has access to the app’s top-level Drive folder and shared data files. Ask the owner to check sharing. An ordinary Drive folder needs a published Branch app before Branch can open it.

A save could not be confirmed

Keep your draft and review the latest saved data before deciding whether to retry. An interrupted save may already have reached Google. Avoid repeatedly tapping Save or resetting shared files.

Functions and notifications

Automatic functions run while a signed-in Branch host is in the foreground. They do not run on a Branch server. If you use notifications, registration is optional. Remove this phone’s registration in the app’s Settings before signing out; you can also disable notifications in iOS Settings.

Managing access and removing data

Signing out, revoking access or deleting Branch does not delete Drive files or other people’s copies. There is no separate hosted Branch account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Reporting an issue or an app

Email ferdinand@artegrity.io with your iPhone model, iOS version, Branch version/build, the steps that led to the issue, and what you expected. For a problem with an app, include its name and a description. Remove private information from screenshots. Never send passwords, Google access tokens, private keys or complete shared-data documents.
