Terms of Use

Information about using Branch and the independent services it connects to.

Branch and your apps

Branch is operated by Ferdinand Wittmann, trading as Artegrity. It opens compatible apps from Google Drive on your phone. Creating or editing apps requires a compatible AI assistant, the Branch authoring skill and initial setup. Connected apps and shared saves require internet access.

App Store licence

For a copy downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies unless an alternative licence is expressly provided with the app. This page does not replace that agreement or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Independent services

Google Drive, AI assistants and approved external services have their own accounts, terms, privacy practices and availability. Their subscriptions or service fees are separate from Branch. Branch does not provide an included AI subscription.

Your content and sharing

Use only content, apps and folders you have permission to access and share. Respect other people’s rights and applicable law. Drive owners control access and publishing. Shared data is readable by people with access to the shared files; avoid adding confidential information to a folder shared more widely than intended.

Apps and external connections

Review assistant-generated apps before using or sharing them. Use trusted apps and read the purposes shown for requested external connections. Approving a connection may allow an app to send data to that service. You can revoke approved connections in an app’s Settings.

Saves, functions and notifications

If a save or function cannot be confirmed, review the saved data before deciding to retry. Automatic functions need a signed-in host in the foreground. Optional notifications depend on registration, device permissions, Expo and Apple delivery; delivery is not guaranteed.
